Cheri Tree

Cheri Tree is the Founder & CEO of Codebreaker Technologies, as well as a best-selling author and the world’s leading expert on personality-based sales. As the creator of the B.A.N.K. methodology, Cheri is passionate about helping people make more money and build stronger relationships. Today, she brings the vision that guides the company and drives innovation and strategic initiatives forward.

Before starting an international multimillion-dollar company, Cheri was a top salesperson for a direct sales company, thanks to both her personal use of B.A.N.K. and training she gave her sales team on the system. Cheri eventually left her role in sales to expand her message to help a lot more people, training and speaking globally. As an ANKB, Cheri‘s always moving Codebreaker’s mission forward and embracing new opportunities that create income, influence, and impact for all. While her current role focuses on building the business, Cheri remains at the center of the B.A.N.K. brand.

ESTHER WILDENBERG

Esther Wildenberg is the Co-Founder & President of Codebreaker Technologies. Esther brings not only years of experience with B.A.N.K. to the role but also significant executive leadership. In fact, she was already the CEO of a financial sales company leading a team of over 800 employees by the age of 33.

Before her current CEO role, Esther worked her way up in the company. After starting as a Certified Trainer, Esther quickly became the top B.A.N.K. salesperson internationally. She was later promoted to Sales Director of Europe, then Senior Vice President of Sales, President, and ultimately CEO. As an ANKB, Esther has endless energy for building the long-term success of Codebreaker Technologies. Her passion for transforming businesses and lives using B.A.N.K. is what drives her to increase the growth of the company exponentially.

TOM TREE

Tom Tree is the Executive Director of Finance & Operations at Codebreaker Technologies. Tom brings years of experience to this position from both Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. He is incredibly smart and looks for ways to optimize the business in both operations and finance.

For nearly 20 years, Tom has worked in sales, support, operations, and finance with different enterprise companies, including Siebel Systems, Franklin Covey, Edward Jones and Merrill Lynch. Tom wanted to leverage his expertise to assist his sister Cheri, the company’s Founder, with building a solid foundation for the company as the Executive Director of Finance and Operations. He is responsible for implementing systems, infrastructure, and protocols to manage both divisions of operations and finance and keeps the company compliant, solvent, and running smoothly. As a BANK, Tom is extremely competent and meticulous with details and enjoys analyzing numbers, planning projects, and keeping things organized, streamlined, and operationally efficient.

JASON TYNE

Jason Tyne is Vice-President of Licensing & Strategy at Codebreaker Technologies. He brings over 15 years of strategic experience in negotiating international licensing deals to the Codebreaker team. Inspired by the innovation, technology, and data analytics of the company, Jason’s primary role is to develop strategic initiatives for Codebreaker Technologies’ own licensing growth, especially as the company experiences an exponential increase in interest internationally.

In the decade Jason spent as an international leadership advisor, he developed particular insights into the needs of companies who wanted to license their intellectual property. This experience allows him to build successful revenue models that drive cash flow, profit flow, and wealth flow to Codebreaker’s strategic partners. As a KNAB, Jason brings his expertise and wisdom to the company serving as a trusted advisor and has a passion to help its clients harness the power of B.A.N.K. and ultimately learn to communicate more authentically.

Mamie Lamley

Mamie Lamley is Director of Training for Codebreaker Technologies, a division of Codebreaker Technologies. As a BANKICON, she brings not only passion for and understanding of the B.A.N.K. Intelligences but also real-world experience building a B.A.N.K.-based coaching business herself. That is why she’s compassionate about the difficulties Coaches face and happy to show them the path to success!

Mamie has served as the director of coaching programs for the Special Olympics, the Heroic Voice Academy, and Empowerment On Fire, all while building a successful business as a B.A.N.K. Trainer herself. She decided to bring her two skillsets together by leading the Training programs for Codebreaker. As an NABK, Mamie loves helping others. She has a passion for creating community and opportunity for our Coaches, as well as empowering them with the systems, strategies, and personal development they need to change lives– and the world.
